Primary Engineer acknowledges the importance of accredited continued professional development. As part of the course attendees are offered the opportunity to engage with the Teacher Learning Academy to professionally recognise their work.
Primary Engineer is a support partner of the TLA, and courses are compatible with the TLA framework for professional recognition. Teachers enrolling through Primary Engineer will have access to the largest teacher learning community in England, including its knowledge base, support groups and forums. The TLA framework captures the work of participants in a way that encourages reflection and collaboration and it has built in impact evaluation.
As part of this commitment Primary Engineer will be available to help the mentoring process through on-line forums and direct emails.
